Our clean, nutrient-rich blend is handcrafted with wholesome ingredients and has a juice-like consistency you'll want to enjoy daily. (Never heavy and grainy.) Every small batch is freshly made, and always bright-tasting. It's delicious on its own or splashed into drinks and smoothies. This product is not thermal heat processed so we protect the potency and flavor of our raw ingredients. We never add preservatives so this product must stay cold. Please keep refrigerated.
Ingredients Oconee Valley Artesian water, organic dried elderberries, raw and local honey (R & R Acres), organic lemon juice, organic and raw ginger root, organic Ceylon cinnamon, and organic whole cloves.
"Best By" life is approximately 3 months when stored properly in the refrigerator. Please store on a shelf, not in the door, to maximize freshness and Best By date.

- 16 oz. bottles contain approximately a month of servings for one big kid/adult OR 3 months for one baby/little child.
- We ship our freshly made syrups twice a week - Mondays and Tuesdays. Orders placed BEFORE 8 a.m. EST on Monday or Tuesday will be packaged the same day. Orders placed after 8 a.m. EST will be shipped the following day or the following Monday if the order is placed on Tuesday. All other products ship Monday-Friday. Please note holidays sometimes affect our shipping schedule. We'll keep you updated with any changes in shipping.
- All syrups are shipped COLD in an insulated pouch with an ice pack, which thaws gradually in transit. If your product is not cold when it arrives, this is OK. Our syrups have been successfully tested for safety and quality at elevated temps for several days. Be sure to refrigerate immediately upon arrival. Contact us with any questions!
- We ship most packages through USPS or UPS, and tracking information will be automatically e-mailed to you on our shipping days.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $99 (in the United States).
- Orders under $99. will incur shipping fees based on current rates.
- If any items are broken in transport, please send a photo of what you received and we will replace any items damaged in transit free of charge.
- To process any refund/replacements, orders must be marked as delivered. (We cannot process refunds or replacements for orders still in transit).
- We do not guarantee the integrity, safety, or Best By date of any products not stored in their original packaging.
- We do not replace items due to user errors such as not storing at the proper temperature after shipment is received.
Every bottle of elderberry syrup has a Best By date on the bottom. This is NOT an expiration date. Unopened bottles stored in the fridge are good for 2-3 months from the Best By date. Once a bottle is opened, consume it within 8-12 weeks. For longer-term storage, our syrup can be frozen in the bottle or standard ice cube trays. Ensure there is enough "headspace"/room in the bottle since the syrup will expand, thaw frozen bottles in the refrigerator. Add frozen elderberry syrup cubes to sparkling water, smoothies, iced tea, and other favorite drinks for added flavor and benefits. Yum!
And one more time... Our delicious and preservative-free elderberry syrup MUST be refrigerated upon delivery. Fresh is the best!
